Line Cookie Sheet with parchment paper.

Place the egg whites in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat till stiff peaks.

Place the salt, sugar, water and corn syrup in the Wonder Pot.

Set the Wonder Pot to stir fry function, set the timer for 40 minutes.

Stir the liquid occasionally.

After the timer goes off test with the thermometer to make sure the liquid is 260 degrees. (hard Ball Candy Stage)

Begin fluffing the egg whites and then increase mixer to highest speed and slowly drizzle the hot liquid into the egg whites.

Beat for an additional 5 minutes. Test to make sure the divinity will hold its shape when dropped from a spoon. If not mix for 5 minutes longer. Then mix in the vanilla.

Using two spoons drop the divinity onto the parchment paper in fluffy dollops ½ inch apart.

Let cool completely. Gently peel off the parchment paper and store in an airtight container.
