Cauliflower waffle. You could use this to make a breakfast sandwich.. as a fun low carb pizza crust. It’s delicious and easy.
I heat the cauliflower for 3 minutes in the microwave. Then using a clean tea towel I squeeze all the moisture from the cauliflower.
Preheat waffle Baker. I combine 2 large beaten eggs, 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella provolone mixture, then a half cup grated Parmesan.
Spray waffle baker with nonstick spray. Depending on how thick your waffle Baker is spread mixture over waffle baker bottom plate. I had a 1/4 leftover. I cooked for 2 minutes per side.
Flip onto your plate and top with favorite topping. I topped mine with diced tomatoes.
Would make an awesome sandwich crust.
