Lime Honey Dew Sorbet Pops
2 cups of ripe honey dew melon with its juice (approximately 1 melon)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon lime zest
Add the melon, lime juice and sugar to a blender or food processor puree to smooth.
Stir in lime zest
Pour the ingredients into the ice cream maker.
Pour mixed ingredients into the ice cream maker, follow the instruction manual for assembling ice cream maker.
Set to soft about 45 minutes.
Scoop into pop mold and freeze for at least 1 hour.
