Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Jalapenos Wrapped in Bacon
Serves 4
8 fresh jalapeno peppers
¼ cup Buffalo Chicken dip – recipe below or you can use whipped cream cheese
8 slices Applewood smoked bacon

Cut fresh jalapenos in half lengthwise, using a teaspoon scrape out the seeds and membranes of the jalapeno halves.
Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.
Fill each half with dip or cream cheese
Press the two halves of the filled peppers back together and wrap with the bacon.
Secure the bacon with toothpicks.
Place jalapenos into the air fryer basket.
Set temperature to 400, set timer for 5 minutes.
After timer goes off, use tongs to turn all the peppers over. Set temperature to 400, set timer for 5 minutes, or until bacon is golden brown.
Let peppers cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Makes 2 cups
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
¼ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup cayenne pepper sauce
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
3 Buffalo chicken tenders, diced
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
Serve hot or cold.
