Building a Better Burger

Post by Debra Murray

Filet Mignon and Brisket Blend

In my opinion, there is nothing better than a flavorful, perfectly cooked juicy burger! I love mine medium rare, sprinkle of sea salt dash of black pepper, topped with melted cheddar cheese, a slice of purple onion, heirloom tomato slice and bib lettuce on a toasted brioche bun with a little Thousand Island dressing. Now I do like to switch it up, sautéed onions, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, pickles mustard I will venture out of my comfort zone.

Most people who consider themselves “foodies have their conviction on what kind of beef they like in their burgers and how they cook and dress their burgers. It’s a fun tabletop topic when meeting new people. With the new Beyond Burgers, even the plant-based person can add to the fun!
I recently tried a ground prime rib burger, which was very good! I love Kobe Beef burgers and Wagyu Burgers! My personal favorite has always been the Grandpa’s Blend by Agostino’s Foods. I was introduced to them on HSN Shopping Network when I worked there years ago. I never forgot the flavor or texture, 20’s years later, I started selling the burgers on the shopping network ShopHQ. The blend was a chuck, brisket blend. I know you have probably tried a similar mix, but it was the way these burgers are ground and the tiny bit of seasoning that set them apart. Grandfather Passante from Bristol Pennsylvania came up with his method over 100 years ago; the family still uses the technique; it gives the burger a tenderness without being mushy when cooked the taste and texture is more of a steak. One of the camera guys on ShopHQ commented that the burger did not need condiments, he felt like he was eating a tender steak.

This Sunday on ShopHQ in our weekly cooking show called “The Sizzle” with Blair Christie, we will be featuring a brand new burger item from Agostino’s. It’s a burger blend made from Filet Mignon and brisket, it’s ground with the Passante family secret method and seasoned with just a touch of salt and pepper. I am super excited to try these and demonstrate them. We have a minimal quantity available for this show. You may want to set the alarm; you don’t miss the offer. You do not have to watch the show. However, there will be a remarkable price difference during the show. If you click on the link below between the hours of 10 am and 1 pm eastern, you will save a substantial amount of money.https://www.shophq.com/Product/486-960

If you are new to ShopHQ, it is a television retailer that broadcasts from Minneapolis, Minnesota. They have a large SKU of high-quality products from diamonds to high-end dive watches. The network has recently added Shaquille O’Neal to the family, Shaq has his line of cooking products which air exclusively from ShopHQ. I have been demonstrating cooking products on ShopHQ since 2013. I adore the innovative, high-quality items I get to present, which are exclusive to ShopHQ, like the Agostino’s Filet Mignon Burgers. They will be on six value payments, which are interest-free payments spread out over time to help you add things to your family’s budget. All the meat will come to you packed in dry ice; each burger is individually wrapped. You get a 100% money-back guarantee that they will be delicious! The Coronavirus has made going out in public a threat. I love the idea that with excellent protein in the freezer, my mom does not have to go to the grocery store. You may want to order a set to ship to a family member. All the beef products from Agostino’s are raised in Eastern Pennsylvania and raised humanely to the highest government standards. I hope you can give them a try!https://www.shophq.com/c/kitchen–and–food?icid=SN-_-KitchenFood
