For those of you that haven’t heard of air-frying, you’re missing out. This revolutionary product cuts fat and calories without sacrificing the taste of our favorite dishes. Food is cooked by circulated hot air kissed with oil, instead of completely submerging in a fry vat. This saves users time and mess!

Air Fried Buffalo Wings
8 raw wings washed and patted dry.
Toss in a bowl with olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Place the wings in the airfryer and set temperature to 400, time to 25 minutes.
Every 8 minutes, go give the basket a good shake to move the wings around.
In a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup Franks Hot Sauce, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup.
When wings are finished, toss in wing sauce and serve with ranch and celery sticks on the side.
Peel 1 large russet potato and cut into fries. Place on a paper towel and cook fries in the microwave for 3 minutes. Place the Dual Rack (in high position) into the air fryer. Spritz the fries with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Place fries on the rack, careful not to overlap. Lower lid. Set temperature for 410°, and set timer for 10 minutes. Press the “On” button. Open the lid and turn the fries halfway through cook time.
