Description

I was so excited by the consistency and how easy it was. I am going to explore coconut milk yogurt and try cheeses. Stay tuned. Hope you can get one of these amazing machines.

Ingredients

3 quarts whole milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Directions

Pour 3 quarts of whole milk into the ceramic insert.

Press the brown saute button then press start.

Bring the milk to a boil with lid off, stir occasionally, approximately 18 minutes for cold milk.

Once the milk comes to a boil turn off heat and let cool to 100- 110 degrees farenheight, about 20 minutes.

You do not want the milk to hot when whisking in yogurt culture or it will kill the bacteria.

When milk cools to the perfect temperature whisk in 1/2 cup plain yogurt.

The better the yogurt culture the better your yogurt will be.

Secure the pressure cooker lid, then press the menu button till yogurt illuminates, press start.

8 hours later, 3 quarts of homemade delicious yogurt.
