Description

Ingredients

1 head of Cauliflower, cut off stalk
2 large beaten eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Place in a food processor and pulse to a rice consistency.

Place the cauliflower on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 5 minutes on high.

Place the cauliflower on a clean towel and squeeze to remove any moisture. (Several tablespoons should squeeze out.)

In a bowl, combine with 2 large beaten eggs and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Mix well.

Place in triple flip pan and cook in the rings for 3 minutes per side.

Use 1/4 cup for each pizza.

For the sandwich bread, form 2 large squares and bake in a 350 degree oven on parchment paper for 15 minutes per side.

Use like regular bread.
