Air Fried Eggs
2 cups of baby spinach rinsed
1/4 cup heavy cream
4 slices Canadian bacon
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup shredded cheddar divided
Spray the ramekins with nonstick spray.
On the stove, heat olive oil in a sauté pan, add spinach and cook until wilted. Drain off excess liquid.
Stir in cream.
Divide spinach between the four ramekins.
Place the Canadian bacon in the ramekins.
Crack an egg into each, and top with cheese.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Set air fryer
temperature to 350, set timer for 15 minutes depending on your preference as to the runniness of the yolk.
