Almond Milk Yogurt with Chia Seeds

Ingredients

3 tsps. chia seeds
culture starter
1 c. whole almonds
2 1/2 c. purified water

Directions

Cover almond with water and soak for 6-8 hours.

Strain almonds and place into food processor with the purified water.

Strain almond mixture using cheese cloth

Add almond milk to the pressure cooker, secure lid.

Press the yogurt function then press start.

When cook tie is complete, about 8 hours, open lid and stir in the chia seeds. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Store in air-tight container.
