Nothing says lovin’ like somethin’ from the oven! Fall baking is finally here! We’re trading in our outdoor grilling for the sweet aroma of baking breads, cookies, and pies. Holiday parties will be lining our schedules and we’re always searching for the perfect dish to bring. Baked goods are also a thoughtful addition to Christmas morning. Rather than another impersonal gift card or tchotchke, line your loved ones hearts (and stomachs) with homemade goodness!
We all love baking’s end result, but the process can sometimes get messy and overwhelming. It’s usually a night-long project to bake dozens of cookies for that get-together, but we have the perfect sidekick to make baking a breeze! We welcome the new Cook’s Companion 600W 5QT Multifunctional Open Mixer this week on Evine.
This open mixer concept is perfect for adding ingredients with the removable inner lid. Various attachments are included for every mixing need. The dough hooks knead dough quickly and efficiently. There is no need to hand knead anymore! This assists with allowing air in for the dough to rise. The hooks will be able to rapidly develop gluten in the wheat dough that is responsible for the elasticity that keeps air bubbles inside, giving you fluffy and chewy bread.
The Cook’s Companion open mixer’s beaters can be used with batters, eggs, frosting, and cakes. For an added bonus, attach the scraper to the beaters to make sure you get everything on the side! There is no need to manually scrape the sides of the bowl and its easy-use-knob takes the guess work out of what setting to use on the mixer. The non-slip gripping feet keeps the unit steady while mixing.
