New Facebook Group for Cooking Pioneers

Debra Murray is at it again with another interactive way to share your favorite recipes and cooking methods. After the success of her Flip Pan Facebook group, with more than 6,500 members, she has created Deb Murray Cooking Under Pressure. This special community is crafted for those under pressure to put no-hassle, healthy, and delicious dinners on the table.

Deb has become a household name for those hard working Americans looking for no-frills ways to make their favorite dishes. From her love of pressure cooking, air frying, and multi-cookers, Deb understands the need to work with what you have in the pantry. She limits prep-time and messes to deliver you healthy and tasty results in a jiff!

With less than two days since the launch, Deb Murray Cooking Under Pressure has already gained more than 600 members. With rapid growth, this group will have daily interactions with Deb and her team of cooking enthusiasts. Deb will share exclusive recipes from her books and some that have never been shared!

Below is Deb’s secret to her favorite BBQ pulled pork:

Serves 6 to 8

4-pound boneless pork butt roast
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 cups apple cider
1 bottle (16 ounces) barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Sandwich rolls

Place all ingredients, except barbecue sauce, vinegar, and sandwich rolls, into pressure cooker; secure lid.
Select meat function, increase time to 60 minutes; Press start.
When cooking is complete, remove roast, cut into slices and place them back in the pressure cooker.
Add barbecue sauce and vinegar to pressure cooker; secure lid.
Select meat function; Press start.
When cooking is complete, serve on sandwich rolls.
This could also be made in the multi-cooker by selecting Slow Cook and cooking for 4-6 hours.
For the wonder pot, cut into chunks and select the stew function set timer for 2 hours.
